Djuma Bush Lodge Safari Hotel Reviews, Kruger National Park South Africa Vuyatela African Safari Holiday Accommodation Lion Elephant Cheetah Leopard

HOTELS REVIEW - DJUMA BUSH LODGE SAFARI
Djuma offers three luxury safari lodges in the Sabie Sands sector of the Kruger National Park – self-catering Galago, family-friendly Bush Lodge and 5-star Vuyatela, complete with Coke bottle chandeliers and wellness centre offering massages and pedicures. Vuyatela has eight chalets, each with private deck and plunge pool; Bush Lodge has eight chalets nestled in indigenous gardens and Galago has five ensuite bedrooms with décor inspired by the colonial era. The name Djuma comes from a Shangaan word meaning “roar of the lion” and these great cats are regularly seen here, as well as the rest of the Big 5 – rhino, leopard, buffalo and elephant – and giraffes, monkeys, jackals and zebra. Over 300 species of birds may also be seen. Djuma runs two game drives and a guided walk through the bush every day. Cultural visits to local indigenous communities also operate daily.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent rangers, great atmoshphere. Great game viewing. Rooms quite small but then you are not in your rooms for long. Very cosy though and all facitities worked well. Attention by the staff is excellent. Cannot fault Djuma in anyway. If you like simplicity with great people then Djuma has it. Child friendly too as two youngster were there(age 3 and 5 ish).
