Boat House Hotel, Ballito Beach Durban South Africa

HOTELS REVIEW - BALLITO BEACH, DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA
The guesthouse is in Kwazulu Natal, Ballito, near Durban. All en-suite rooms are individually decorated and include satellite TV, air-conditioning, telephones, and tea/coffee-making facilities. There are numerous activities available; golf courses are nearby and there is a pool, and direct access to the beach. There are views from the guesthouse that offer many dolphin sightings, and views over Salmon Bay. Conference facilities are also available.

Our two days in Ballito were extremely relaxing and luxurious. Just what we needed to unwind before our trip to the battlefields.

Our trip was wonderful. After the fiasco with Swiss Air it was great to be met by Nigel at J'burg and without him rushing us through we probably would have missed the last flight that pm to Durban. Lori was great turning up and getting us through to Ballito. She seemed to realise my husband needed a beer or two after all the travelling and sorted it out with the night staff!

Staff friendly and helpful - rooms & meals outstanding. There is not much to do in Ballito other than stroll along the beach and "chill out"

We strongly recommend this hotel, which really chilled us out after our journey

For the last part of our honeymoon we couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel, which was right on the ocean front. Hearing those waves of the Indian Ocean is being missed so much! The staff at the Boat House, especially Billy and DuDu (waiter and waitress)are being missed by both of us.

No bath which after running 56 miles would have been nice! KI
