We were upgraded on arrival. Simply appalling given its supposed 5-star status. Buildings and grounds impressive and integration with the casino obviously a benefit. Rooms small. Expensive. Food cold and vegetables not fresh. We complained about dinner and did get a full refund from duty manager. Never again.
