The Babanango Valley Lodge is set in an 8000 acre natural heritage site. There are nine en-suite bedrooms in the lodge. There is a dining room at the lodge. The Lodge is within close vicinity of the Umfolozi Hluhluwe Game Reserve and well located for visiting the Battlefields of the Anglo-Zulu War. Lodge activities include game drives, walking trails, photography, bird watching and mountain biking. An approximate number of 52 mammals have been recorded in the area ,256 bird species,36 raptor species and 142 tree species.
