HOTELS REVIEW - DUMAZULU KWAZULU NATAL
Situated in Zululand, near Hluhluwe village. The lodge has 23 rooms, each sleeping two to four guests. The huts’ exteriors have been designed to represent all different tribes in South Africa. Each hut has an en-suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, telephone, and tea/coffee making facilities. Activities include following the wooden pathways to Dumazulu village where guests will learn many Zulu traditions including spear and shield making, beadwork and Zulu dancing. The village has more than 50 Zulu residents and is intended as a “living museum” of Zulu culture. Other attractions and activities include the snake and crocodile park and game-drives in nearby Game Reserves.
