HOTELS REVIEW - LAKE MANYARA HOTEL

Lake Manyara Hotel is situated high atop an escarpment in the Lake Manyara National Park. The heightened position of the hotel provides for views of Lake Manyara and the surrounding landscape and birdlife, including the many flamingoes that flock to the lake. There are 100 rooms at the hotel, all decorated in traditional African style and with private balconies. The rooms all have en suite bathrooms and mosquito nets and the hotel offers full housekeeping services including babysitting on request. There is a restaurant, TV lounge and bar - with a large terrace for game viewing. Activities on offer include game drives, bird walks, canoeing safaris, boating trips, mountain biking, horse riding and cultural excursions to nearby villages.
