HOTELS REVIEW - SERENA MOUNTAIN VILLAGE

Serena Mountain Village is situated on the shore of Lake Duluti just outside of Arusha. The traditional rondavel (stone hut) rooms are located on the slope leading down to the lake's edge. The rondavels are all decorated in traditional safari style and equipped with large bathrooms, french windows and private terraces providing lake views. The main building houses the reception, restaurant, lounge, library and business centre. Activities available at the lodge include nature walks, bird watching, canoeing, safaris, coffee tasting, trips to the nearby Arusha national park, hiking on Meru Mountain and mountain biking.
