HOTELS REVIEW - GRUMETI RIVER CAMP

Grumeti River Camp is on the banks of the Grumeti River in the western area of the Serengeti National Park. The area in which the camp is situated provides for fantastic viewing of the local animals, including zebra, hippo and crocodiles. The lodge is not far from Lake Victoria - the largest lake in Africa - and safaris both to Lake Victoria and through the park are offered at the camp. Accommodation is in traditional tents with large beds and en suite bathrooms with private outdoor showers.
