This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and is now the Southern Sun Cape Sun. This is a four-star hotel with five-star service. My family and I stayed in a family room for four nights, beautiful view of Table Mountain, sofabed for our daughter, and empty fridge for children's snacks. Despite its perhaps boring international design (it could be anywhere), I could not find fault with this hotel. The staff were among the friendliest and most professional I have ever come across. I would stay there again tomorrow.
