Lodge and Hot Air Balloon were fabulous.
What a wonderful way to be awoken on our first ever day in South Africa! Hippos, yawning in the river a stones throw away from our lovely lodge! Our host couldn't have been more helpful... even though we only arrived the previous night at 11.30pm, we were greeted with scrummy home made food and nuch needed alcohol after our long journey there! They also arrange their own balloon flights and river trips but, unfortunately, we had to leave for our next destination after our hearty breakfast. We would love to return and explore the area again when we've got more time. Well worth a visit! PS The wooden bridge across the river is a real treat!
Lovely welcome and very friendly. Wonderful atmosphere even though we were only there for one night.
