Honeyguide Khoka Moya Safari Lodge Hotel Reviews, Manyeleti Kruger National Park

SAFARI LODGE HOTELS REVIEW - KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, SOUTH AFRICA

A great spot for families, Honeyguide Khoka Moya is a 5-star tented lodge in Manyeleti, adjoining the Kruger National Park. Twelve large, comfortable tents, perfect for a family of four, have private outdoor seating areas out front and ensuites, with a double shower and separate toilet. The camp has an educational safari-orientated program for children of all ages that includes learning about the wonders of Africa and an activity centre, supervised by the camp staff, where kids can do bead work, make cookies, draw and read. The centre has a DVD player, animal and nature-related movies, toys and a small library for young readers. There is a short, one-hour drive for children after breakfast that looks at the small wonders of the bushveld. The Khoka Moya swimming pool has a children's area and there is an alternative menu for kids offering pasta, fish fingers, hamburgers, hotdogs and ice-cream. Guests awake to the sound of beating drums and tea or coffee is served in the tents. Game drives in open-top vehicles, led by experienced guides and trackers, depart in the early mornings and late afternoon.
