Etali Safari Lodge is an exclusive safari destination that is situtated in the Madikwe Game Reserve, a few hours drive or fifty minute flight away from Johannesburg. The 75 000 hectare game reserve is home to the Big Five as well as a large number of bird species. Accommodation is offered in eight thatched cottages, each with air conditioning, private deck and swimming pool with heated whirpool and indoor and outdoor showers. The on-site wellness centre offers a variety of spa treatments. The hotel offers fine dining in the dining room and on the deck as well as traditional South African meals in a traditional stone lesaka. In addition to the game drives available, there are also guided bush walks on offer and two nearby golf courses. Children over the age of twelve may stay at Etali.
