The only hotel in the northern province of South Africa to have a 5 star grading and a silver classification. The hotel overlooks the Letsitele valley and Drakensberg mountains. The Coach House offers 39 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower. There are 9 suites and 25 premier rooms with extra long king-size, double or three quarter twin beds, and 5 classic rooms with double beds. All rooms have private verandas with mountain views and fitted with percale cotton sheets and mohair blankets, heated towel rails, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and personal bathrobes. Other room facilities include electronic safes, hairdryers, heaters, mini bars and satellite TV. The bathrooms have a range of guest amenities and rooms are stocked with fresh flowers, spring water, fresh fruit and homemade biscuits daily. The suites and premier rooms have log-burning fireplaces. Guests are offered a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, early morning beverages with homemade rusks and a daily complimentary fruit, bottled spring water and homemade biscuits. Guests staying at the hotel have use of the steam rooms, saunas, gymnasium and hydro jet heated pool at the Agatha Spa. There is secure, 24 hour, guarded parking, free internet access to guests in the Serala lounge, a daily car wash and a shoe shine or clothes pressing service.
