The five-star Falcon’s View Manor is near Knysna, a great base from which to explore the Garden Route. The rooms at Falcon’s View Manor - Manor Single, Manor Twin, Manor Superior and Garden Superior – have either lagoon, garden or forest views. Manor Superior rooms are on the Manor’s upper level, and have large en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and/or bath. They all include a bidet. All rooms have digital satellite TV, mini safes, tea and coffee stations and hairdryers. The manor also has two lounges with lagoon views, a library with couches and the Loerie Lounge. Local attractions include Featherbed Nature Reserve, Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe steam train, Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary, Birds of Eden (the Garden Route's free-flight bird sanctuary) and Knysna Elephant Park where you can touch and feed an elephant. Activities in the region include bird-watching, hiking, fishing, golf, bicycle touring, canoeing/kayaking, horse-riding, sailing, dolphin- and whale-watching (from June to December), surfing and more.
