Erinvale Estate & Spa is a luxury 4-star hotel situated on a famous golf estate in the Helderberg Valley near Stellenbosch, South Africa. The hotel offers 57 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms and suites, set amidst tranquil gardens with magnificent mountain views. The Honeymoon Suite is a romantic retreat, with classic four poster bed and private garden terrace. The Oak Suite provides the option of becoming a self-contained home with three en-suite double bedrooms. The spa is set amongst the trees overlooking the sparkling pool and the majestic Helderberg Mountains. The hotel offers a full wedding service, with a charming chapel and historic Cape Dutch manor house. Guests have access to the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Gary Player.

“Could not ask for more”. I got married in Cape Town on the 3rd of February this year and luckily enough had my reception in the Erinvale Hotel and stayed for 3 nights. We had 51 guests at the wedding and they all stayed in this hotel and I could guarantee you 100% they would say the same as me.I really could not fault this hotel, from the staff, rooms, spa and food everything in this Hotel is A Class, the staff in the hotel could really not be any nicer they are all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge with the most magnificant bathrooms all the bedrooms are situated around gardens and a beautiful courtyard. For lunch I would highly recommend the Skellig Bar they serve the biggest burgers and Pizza's all excellent value, the main restaurant is also very nice but reservations should be made in advance as it gets heavily booked in Peak season. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools which are spotless clean and the most wonderful sunbeds that you could just sink into for the day lazing in the sun. There is also a Spa which is good value for money and great for a much needed pamper after a hard night partying at my wedding.
I really could not say a bad word about this hotel it would be a good base if you fancied doing the wine route as Stellenbosch is only 15 minute drice away.
