Our most interesting hotel, with its lake and birds. Room and food also excellent, enabling us to try some of the local dishes and different line fish. The highlight for me was the elephant that emerged from the bush in Addo with a lovely colous, OK it may have been the dust, and seemingly such a gentle giant.

Woodall is superb and we wouldn't have minded chilling out there for an extra day. Schotia was great and would recommend that highly

Woodall was fantastic - the verandah overlooking the lake is such a lovely setting, lovely room & ambience and the food here was particularly outstanding, and a very impressive wine list too!Manuel at Addo was a really nice guy who we enjoyed being with

Thought it was great, although the constant servicing of our room was a little over the top. Really enjoyed the evening meal. Enjoyed Addo - saw lots of game - and also enjoyed Schotia very much

Despite the rain on the Friday morning (!) we all absolutely adored our stay with you. It was simply idyllic and made the most perfect location for Simon's 50th birthday and ending our S.Africa experience! The little touches such as the lemonade and cakes in the reception area and the scented oil burners in the bathrooms and personal notes on the beds were just perfect too. Our dinner on the first night was superb and the breakfasts were a feast in themselves! Thank you also for the wonderful birthday cake and 'happy birthday' song on the Friday morning at breakfast. The memory of it and your lovely, friendly and attentive staff will last forever and the cake was delicious!

Whilst this place is beautiful and the food is great, it was looking a little tired and run down which may just be due to the fact that they are coming out of winter. We enjoyed a Woodall Safari with Conor, who was wonderful
