The accommodation was great. Our guide Manny was good fun - nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always so cheerful
Excellent - we were very happy
Very happy with accommodation - loved the rooms
We had a truly wonderful time in S.Africa. From start to finish everything went so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We thought all our guides were excellent and so knowledgeable and friendly..they definitely enabled us to learn so much more about aspects of life in S.Africa than if we hadnt had them. In particular Mark at Elephant Hide, who looked after us for a week (including driving us to Addo) was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. His recommendations for restaurants were spot on and our meals at Lush' and 'Firefly' were out of this world and put most UK restaurants to shame! We also enjoyed our bike ride and tree top canopy experience! The country was fascinating and although we only saw a small bit of it we are definitely smitten!
This is a perfect haven of tranquility, rooms are fabulous, attention to detail is excellent. Loved every minute of our stay. Perfect location with all rooms over looking the lagoon. Staff are a real asset and cannot do enough for you. Wish the weather had been a bit warmer as the pool looked very inviting.

5 out of 5, would be great if they had a restaurant on site.
