Cascades is a 4-star hotel at Sun City and is surrounded by waterfalls and lush foliage. The hotel has 243 air-conditioned rooms and suites with open views. The Cascades Hotel offers standard rooms, luxury rooms, standard family, junior suites, disabled /wheelchair friendly rooms and a presidential suite. All rooms come standard with air-conditioning, Hairdryer, Mini-bar, 24-Hour in-room dining, international direct dial telephone, pay television, tea / coffee making facilities and safe. There is a beach at the amazing Valley of Waves, a health spa with an array of health, skin and body treatments. Golf courses. Hot air balloon rides can be arranged.

We were pleasantly surprised by Sun City. Not as big and brash as expected. The Cascades is a lovely hotel and well appointed with gereat views over the tropical gardens and golf courses beyond. All the satff are excellent and breakfasts are superb. The Santorini restaurant is also superb down by the pool. The gardens around the hotel are wonderful with waterfalls,bridges and lots of tropical plants and palms. The pools in all the hotels are very clean and inviting. The hotel rooms are luxurious and very tasteful. All in all I would recommend this hotel. I will definately go back, ideal place to relax and top up the tan at the end of your stay in South Africa.
Sun City Cascades was a good hotel, but the place is horrible……….Butlins with lights…………………
