HOTELS REVIEW - PENWARN COUNTRY LODGE SOUTH AFRICA
The lodge is located just outside Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg. There are two main accommodation choices: the Mthini Lodge and Indabushe Lodge. Alternatively there are self-catering options in cottages and a cave. Activities include river swimming, tubing, abseiling, mountain biking, bird watching (280 species of birds), hiking and trout fishing. There are many wild animals nearby such as Zebra and Wildebeest and a tame otter that lives by the lodge. Canopy tours are also available as well as tours to bushman paintings in local caves.
