HOTEL REVIEW - ROSENHOF COUNTRY HOUSE OUDTSHOORN SOUTH AFRICA
The five-star Rosenhof Country House is situated on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn, en route to the limestone Cango Caves and ostrich farms. The renovated homestead has 12 rooms and two executive suites - a maximum of 28 guests can stay at the Rosenhof. The two executive suites each have a swimming pool, lounge and patio, with views of the Swartberg Mountain. Both executive suites are 100m from the main house for added privacy. All rooms at Rosenhof Country House are suitable for disabled guests and have airconditioning and heating, satellite TV, telephone, room safe, personal bar and hairdryers. Rosenhof has a pub and several luxury lounges with fireplaces; the work of well-known South African artists is on display in the lounges. There is a large swimming pool, with sun loungers and umbrellas, for all guests. The Wellness Centre has a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna and a beauty clinic, where guests can have a massage and facial.

Pleasant old fashioned style room. The food was the highpoint. Unfortunately restaurant closed second night but had bar meal on veranda. Really good personalised service. Best hotel of the 3 we stayed in.
