HOTELS REVIEW - THE LOFTS BOUTIQUE HOTEL KNYSNA SOUTH AFRICA

The four-star Lofts Boutique Hotel is located on the Thesen Islands, Knysna, a great base from which to explore the Garden Route. These luxury Loft rooms are tucked away in the Boatshed, a few metres from the water's edge and have views of Knysna Lagoon. The hotel has a swimming pool and martini bar, lounge, beauty spa and specialised shopping. Accommodation consists of three lagoon suites and eight standard luxury lofts and one self-catering apartment. All lofts are themed (eg. Nautical Dream, American Indian, Moulin Rouge) and some have bath and shower and a balcony with lounger. All rooms have twin or king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, under-floor heating, airconditioning, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryers, tea/coffee-making facilities, fully-stocked mini bars and personal digital safes and internet connection. Children are allowed to stay by arrangement. Local attractions include Jubilee Creek /Gold Mines, Storms River Mouth, Buffalo Bay Beach, Cango Caves, Knysna Heads, Leisure Isle, Knysna Ferry rides, Game Farms, Cango Wildlife Ranch (endangered species breeding facility), Ostrich Farm, Knysna and Addo elephant parks. The Lofts Boutique Hotel is not suitable for physically challenged guests.
