HOTELS REVIEW - THE ARK GAME LODGE

The Ark Game Lodge is siutated in the heart of the Aberdare National Reserve and overlooks a waterhole and salt lick which attract large numbers of the reserve's animals, including elephant, leopards, hyenas and rhinos. The lodge has a number of viewing points, including three decks with numerous balconies and lounges and a ground level hide with glass windows where one can come almost face to face with the animals. This also provides for fantastic photo opportunities. The waterhole is lit at night providing the opportunity for night game viewing from the comfort of the lodge. Accommodation is available in 60 cabin style rooms, all en suite. There is also a main dining room, lounge and bar. No children under the age of seven are permitted to stay at the lodge.
