The walking safari offers a unique personal experience of the African bush. Phinda Walking Safaris offers four large spacious tents, all with en-suite bathrooms and hot bucket showers. There are a maximum of 8 people at a time. The bush walks are guided by professional, armed rangers and trackers. There is a three to five hour walk in the mornings and a short sunset walk followed by a night drive. Trackers will teach visitors to identify animals and birds and their track marks. Phinda Walking Safaris is closed in December, January and February. Guests must be 16 years or older.
