The 4-star Peninsula Suite Hotel is situated in Sea Point, along Cape Town's Platinum Mile on a prime stretch of Cape coastline beneath Lion's Head. The hotel offers magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island, with 110 luxury suites ranging from 1 bedroom Mini Suites to 3 bedroom Royal Suites, all with superb sea views and luxury spa baths. Each apartment has a kitchenette, for self catering lunches and dinners if required. Facilities include a stunning swimming pool, restaurants, cocktail bar and fully equipped gym. The Sunset Room which seats 120 people flows onto a private patio, pool and garden and is an exotic setting for buffets and cocktail parties.

My wife and I have stayed here regularly since 1998 and we have always been very pleased with the experience. The service is good the staff always friendly and helpful, it is generally well maintained and the General Manager Chris Godenir is excellent.
We like the position of the hotel; Seapoint is a definite community with useful shops yet access to the centre of Cape Town is quick and easy. The Peninsula is as close to the sea as you can get without actually being on the beach, nearly all the rooms have stunning seaviews and the sound of the sea will lull you to sleep.
