Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa is a luxury five-star resort located on Knysna’s Eastern Heads, along the Garden Route. The resort has 78 suites in free-standing two-tiered villas (four to a villa), linked by landscaped pathways to the nearby main building. All suites have views of the Knysna Lagoon or Indian Ocean and the Pezula Championship Golf Course. Each suite has en-suite bathroom, private balcony or patio, walk-in wardrobe, real log fireplaces and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The resort has a range of facilities and activities including a swimming pool, an award-winning spa and a Field of Dreams sports complex with tennis courts, a sports oval and golf driving range. The Barnyard and Country Store has an animal touch farm and guests meet there for horse-riding, nature walks and canoe trips. A shuttle service from the hotel takes guests to secluded Noetzie beach. The resort has boardrooms, gourmet restaurant, games room and library, bars and lounges. Children are welcome at Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa.

Most competitors agreed with us that the Pezula Resort Hotel was the best they had ever stayed in (and we are talking about people who have stayed in the best hotels in the world)! One competitor, who was always towards the end of the field, on finding our about the golf course requested to leave early from Shamwari and developed 'horns' to get there so he could play a round. He declared it the best he has ever played on.
