Vumbura Plains Camp is situated to the north of Mombo, in a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the extreme north of the Okavango Delta. The wilderness safari camp has two 14 bedded tented camps linked by raised boardwalks, each with its own dining, lounge and bar area. Each room has a comfortable en-suite bedroom, a lounge, a "sala" and a plunge pool. The camp's main dining, lounge and pub area is also raised and tucked beneath a canopy of shady, indigenous trees with views across the floodplains. The camp has a communal swimming pool and curio shop. Activities include mokoro trips, guided walking safaris and day/night game drives. Children over the age of 8 years are welcome.
