HOTELS REVIEW – ONGAVA LODGE, WILDERNESS ETOSHA NAMIBIA
Situated on the southern border of the Etosha National Park, twelve air-conditioned brick, rock and thatch chalets offer en-suite facilities with a flush toilet, bath and shower. Rooms have glass fronted doors leading out to a private veranda, large square mosquito nets, hairdryer and overhead fan. Guests can enjoy meals in the main dining area, or on the deck under the stars. Additional activities include 4x4 game drives to Etosha park, taking along a picnic subject to availability of vehicles. Activities also include night drives, hides, guided walks and Black and White Rhino viewing. Large swimming pool, reference library and curio shop. 2km long airfield on property. No children under 8 years. Lodge is located at the top of a hill with several steps. Should guests not be able to climb steps, Ongava Tented Camp is recommended.
