HOTEL REVIEW - LABRIZ RESORT

Labriz resort is located along a 1.5 kilometre stretch of prisitine white beach on Silhouette Island, an island that is a 45 minute boat drive away from Mahe and the International airport. The resort has 93 villas and 17 pavilions situated on the base of Mount Dauban and near the island's natural lagoon. All the villas have large screen televisions, DVD players, air conditioning, wireless internet access and outdoor showers. Six of the villas have their own private plunge pools. The 17 Pavilions - Ocean or Silhoutte - have in addition a spacious living room, a sun deck, plunge pool and garden. A number of dining options are available, including traditional Creole, French, Italian and Japanese teppanyaki. The resort also has a pizzeria and wine cellar on site. The spa offers massage and other beauty treaments and a variety of activities are on offer including snorkelling, deep sea diving, fishing and day excursions to neighbouring islands.
