HOTEL REVIEW - COCO DE MER HOTEL

The Coco de Mer hotel is located in the bay of Anse Bois de Rose on the south-west coast of Praslin Island. The hotel is set on the beach within natural tropical gardens filled with banana trees, mango trees and coconut palms. The hotel has only 40 rooms, 22 of which are standard rooms and 18 superior rooms. All the rooms have sea views, satellite television, air-conditioning, an en suite bathroom and private balcony or terrace. The hotel has two restaurants, the Mango Restaurant that is a poolside restaurant and serves light meals and snacks and the Hibiscus Restaurant that serves a variety of international and traditional creole cuisine as well as barbeques and buffets. An array of activities are on offer at the hotel, including numerous watersports, tennis, squash, golf, mini golf, giant chess and board games.
