The lodge offers 11 thatched double rooms and for families with children, 5 of the 22 units offer a loft to accommodate 2 children. Sundowner veranda, spacious dining area, open fire place. Secure parking available. Activities include game viewing, hiking, sundowner trips and day trips to the Himba village, the Petrified Forest, Twyfelfontein and the Burnt Mountain.

Vingerklip was heaven. Attractive rooms with balcony and view over mountains. Friendly atmosphere and climb up to Eagle’s Nest for dinner was well worth the effort. Easy walk to Vingerklip even in heat of the day. Good centre for visiting the interesting geology of the area and rock engravings. We could have stayed a week there!!
